I have 8 tool paths in my setup. 7 of which are working perfectly. 1 of them will not produce any tool path. I can't figure out why. See screencast.

I'm not seeing the ScreenCast, nor does your forum profile list one.

Could you share the Fusion file?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply

I don't know why the screencast won't post. It keeps telling me it's an invalid HTML, but my screencast is listed and I can insert it.

Anyway, here is the file. Thanks for helping.

Change your Lead-In and Pierce settings to this:

Thanks Seth. This worked, but I would really like to know why? All the other cuts are thew same. There is plenty of kerf width, as it is the same width as some of the other cuts. Why was this one different?

2D Profile is a bit of a mixed bag of reliability, to be honest. That slot is 2.7mm wide (if I recall), so there's probably some calculation that involves the kerf width, lead distance and pierce clearance

That is all correct. I have my machine kerf width set to .8 mm. There should be plenty of room to make two passes inside that space. All the other spaces were the same width or bigger and the clearance was fine.

I just can’t for the life of me figure out why it was the case with that one. Thanks for providing a solution though.
