Problem with 3D Outline Cutting

hi all,

i have to mill a door for a railway model wagon. The door is made of bent plywood.

The raw material for it is already bent.
In order to be able to cut out the door, I have milled an appropriate shape onto which I can clamp the raw material.

But I couldn't find a milling strategy to cut out the contour. I can only improvise with "Projection".However, this is very time-consuming because the job can apparently only mill directly on the contour.
The only way to do this is to create a separate model that offsets all the edges to be milled by half the width of the cutter.

This is very error-prone.
It would be ideal if you could enter an offset to the milling path in order to be able to mill next to the contour.
Or is there another way to solve the problem?

Thank you for your effort
Reiner

Okay, forget it.
2D projection with compensation can do that.
