No circular interpolation on ISEL 4030

Hi guys,

At my work I'm trying go get an fairly old ISEL cnc machine to work.

It is running an IMC-4 board and requires an .NCP file from fusion.

I have this all working now but for some reason it does not use any circular interpolation for arcs and instead just make straight lines to follow a curve.

All gcode that Fusion produces with Isel post processor uses only XYZ coordinates, no I or J for circles.

I have been searching far and wide for a solutions but so far have not found anything.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

Kind regards,

Xander

N455445 MOVEABS X-21685 Z120061
N455450 PLANE XY
N455455 CWABS I-21685 J-28447 X-22585 Y-28447
N455460 MOVEABS Y-27250
N455465 CWABS I-21685 J-27250 X-21685 Y-26350
N455470 MOVEABS X-21618 Z120053
N455475 MOVEABS X-21553 Z120031

Is this not what you are looking for?

Hello Xander,

I have an isel icp 4030 from 2007 with an IMC-4 board. But i can't find the right postprocessor. The postprocessor you can find in fusion 360 is not working. Can you share your postprocessor with me (the .cps file). That would be great

Kind regards,
