Tool library issue

Fusion 360 completely hangs up when I try to select a tool in an operation in the manufacture (CAM) module. New op or old op, it doesn't matter. The only remedy is to kill Fusion with Task Manager. It opens and works fine, but won't do CAM. The problem is that I subscribe for the CAM and need it NOW, so I'm stuck. 

Was working fine at 8 am, then crapped out around 10 am. No reason that I could tell, no updates on my part and only Fusion was running. I did see the tool library window look off but assumed it was an update. After that it just doesn't work. 

What gives? I see other people having this issue over the last 1-2 year and I've tried those fixes with no luck.

Can you see if maybe the tool select window got stuck on another monitor?

Use Alt-Space to try to bring up a little menu, with which you'd be able to move the window back on-screen. (Or is that the fix you've tried without success?).

The new tool library has some issues but for me it is still usable.

The good news is that you can turn it off from Preferences -> Preview features and see if the old one gets the job done.

Well now I feel dumb. It is opening outside of the laptop window. I normally run 3 screens (laptop+2), and when docked I see it.
