manufacture stock offsets not working

Rectangle bar 1.4 inch wide and cutting down to 1.25 inch and shaving the ends

Simulation works fine showing both sides cutting equally.

  After posting G code  air cut leaves one side untouched and takes .15 off the other side as opposed to .075 on each side.

    Setup- stock is relative size and Y axis is offset  to .075 per side.

Unable to find solution on forums. Any suggestions would be helpful and appreciated.

Where is your WCS defined, and where are you probing in the machine?

its possible you are using Model box point and the probing the edge of the stock as 0?

If you can share your file here we can provide further Diagnosis

Goto File>Export>Save as .f3d/.f3z

Yes  WCS is set to Model box point and Model orientation and probing stock at edge as zero. Not clear why this is wrong. Have attached the file.

That does explain the problem,

If you have probed the STOCK edge as X0,Y0 then it will be offset as the WCS is set to the MODEL edge, you would need to probe the stock as X-0.0125 and Y-0.075 in the machine.

If you want to probe the STOCK edge as X0,Y0 then you need to set the Origin to Stock Box point instead.

Also its not great practice to use Model orientation for the Orientation, It may work in this case but its better to explicitly call out the Z and X axes with selections

Also may be worth Going through the self paced learning on NC programs, I see you have a large amount of them in your Browser where you should only have one.
