Lathe Cam Finish Profile Error

Hi I have noticed an issue with the profile program.  We are getting issues with parts having extra material on them and have noticed that the code outputted is not making a straight pass but moving in and out by around a tenth.  Is this more issues due to the spun profile?  I have the tolerance set to .00001 in setup and strategy but still it is coming up with issues.  Fusion was the last place I looked and then finally i realized the issue.  Before you say oh its only a tenth think of backlash and comp in the machine that might cause error adjustment of more than a tenth, and also in turning this is like you having a pocket program in milling that lifts up and down in the z at various intervals...can we get a fix for this?  Also wanted to say I have been using this same strategy for years now and never had an issue like this, especially so apparent in the code. @seth.madore

Here is the file in question.  Post it out and see how the code writes x values on what should be a straight cut.

Check out the lines with 19.05 since the outer diameter is .75" or 19.05mm and they have z values and x 19.052 19.053 etc.  Its a straightaway until the radius and should simply be x19.05 up until it changes for good for the shoulder.

UPDATE:   I tried everything and now realize that the fillet in the hole near the end.  I tried designing a new one and it didnt do it without the fillet.  I even added a chamfer and it worked...just the fillet was causing problems??  Maybe check into the back end and see what is up with that?

It does look like a Spun Profile issue. As a workaround, you can duplicate the model, remove the hole and select that non-hole body in your Setup. Result: no taper.

I'll add this to the "Spun Profile" ticket we have open in the morning, thanks for reporting it!
