Hole feature use for a tapered hole.

I would like to use this feature to machine a plain tapered hole.  this would be to attach a handle to a mallet head  with somthing similar to a morse taper that could be glued. Is there a way to just specify a top diameter , a smaller bottem diameter and a length of the bore? I have used the countersink option and played with the top width, height, bottem width, and degree of taper to get a close proximity, but it is not practical. I also have seen that the generated code does not start from the machine zero, and therefore it is guess work to get the hole centered based on the x,y zero start positlion? Hope this makes sense. Thanks for any help.

you would just model it and use a spiral or bore toolpath.
