Facing??? What am I missing??

I have been using F360 now for a couple of years for 3d printing and going good.  I recently got my Snapmaker 2.0 which can do milling.  Well after jumping many hoops to get F360 to post in a .CNC file I finally got it to work meaning got the Snapmaker 2.0 to open and run a file from F360.  But now here is my issue.  I've watched many different videos on facing but I still must be missing something obvious.  When I post and open the gcode file to see what F360 output the Z is never going -Z.  I'm trying to remove about 4mm of stock from the top of the stock to get to the top of my model.  Yet nothing I am changing seems to make a difference.  If I setup my origin on my mill and the tip of the cutter is at Z 0.0 then if it is going to cut in to the piece it has to go -Z.  The gcode that F360 outputs is going from Z 3.0 to Z 0 when it should be Z 0 to Z -3.0.  Any clues as to what I am missing??  Everything in F360 looks right when I do the simulation it looks correct.

Can you post the model To attach a file Go to File -> Export and save as a .F3D Archive File and attach it to your next post, if you can not post the file you can PM it to me or say in your next post you can not post the file and one of the Guys that do NDA work will help.

Your probably missing the difference between stock top and model top. Also wither your work offset is stock top or model top.

I think I did this right.  Here is the file.  Setup 9 is the one I'm trying to face mill with.  Thanks for any help you can offer.

If you expect to be seeing Z-3.0 values, set your Z zero (in Fusion) to Stock Box Point, not Model Box Point:

Alternatively you can set the top of your stock to +4mm and keep your WCS on the top of the part inside of Fusion.
