Error: Toolpath calculation failed. Error: Failed to process job.

I can't get either blend or flow to mill this:

I just get one of these errors/warnings:

Hi

 

The tool you are trying to use is too big to fit in the area you are trying to mill, If you switch to a smaller tool it generates fine

With a 1.5mm ball nose
