Collision errors

On my 1st toolpath if i check "fail on collision" it will get an error and fail.

If i check "pull away" it will cut part of the toolpath.

If i check "detect tool length" it will work and i don't get any log message about tool length.

On the 2nd toolpath, if i check "pull away", it generates the toolpath, but i get the error "holder collides with stock", even though it doesn't.

If i check "detect tool length" it updates the tool length and the holder changes from a cilinder shape to a cone shape. In the tool list the shape is still cilinder. ALSO i get a log message on my 1st toolpath that the tool length doesn't need to be updated, but this only happens if i select "detect tool length" and generate my 2nd toolpath.

On the 3rd toolpath i get "holder collides with stock" when it does a helix ramp and again it doesn't collide.

I've attached the file.
