Can't able to sign in my fusion 360

 hello everyone. 

I am using fusion 360 for quiet a long time but from few days I can't able to open my fusion 360 application.

it first says to sign in and when I click on that it says some like"check your browser to sign in" but i didn't have anything in my browser.

@vtu11882 Can you check a couple of things?

1. What is your default browser that you use? If you switch to another browser does it automatically launch the browser? 

2. When you are launching Fusion 360 can you click on Ctrl+Shift to launch the Fusion service utility. In there can you please run the Gather system info and attach the zip files that it generates to this post, please?

@goodman.zak Thank you for the log files. Checking with the team here on what could be happening. 

Did you try changing the default browser and see if that help?

Hi @goodman.zak ,

 

Would you please check whether it is caused by permission limitation to tmp folder on Mac oS?
/private/tmp folder need permission for the current user to create the Autodesk-IDSDK-IPC as sub-folder, so that if it doesn't have enough permission, the request is blocked. Please try the following things:

1. Correct the permissions of tmp folder with referring to the image below.

2. Or delete /private/tmp/Autodesk-IDSDK-IPC folder
