4th axis feed screw milling

Hello, i am trying to machine feed screw on 4th axis milling machine and so far i managed to do 2D contour that wraps around the part and does machining on walls of the screw. but i have no luck with roughing the part before that. i tried using 2D adaptive clearing with wrap function but i can't make it work. is it even posible to do it with 2D adaptive clearing or do i have to use some other strategy?

That should be possible, I think.

Check out "4X Wrap - FSAE Hub" in CAM samples, it has some 2D adaptive wrapped toolpaths.

These files may give you few clues, note that to get walls done I used tapered end mill on one of them because end mill points to center of shaft in wrap operation and there is no way to correct for it otherwise.
