3D Fillet

Hello guys, I tried like all types of 3d operations for this fillet and all of them end up with "edge" on the top of the fillet, what should I do to have smooth transition from fillet to model face?

It looks to me that you still have "Stock On" for the top surface..

Could you share your Fusion file here?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply

You are right, thanks a lot - I should have ask sooner to save those 10 hrs of experimenting 😄
