3 Axis milling

Hello m new to fusion 360 i used to work on UG NX before so i want to know which operations should i use now instead of contour roughing and surface area finishing with ball?

Your roughing and finishing strategies are going to vary depending on the geometry and stock sizes. Generically speaking, 2D/3D adaptive are going to be your "go-to" approaches, and then 3D Contour, Parallel, Scallop for finishing. If you've invested in the Manufacturing Extension, then Steep and Shallow are going to be hard to beat
