Hi can anyone help me resolve this problem whenever I try to open the tool library it keeps on displaying and if I click any of the tools it crashes I already checked graphics card if its up to date and it is has anyone encountered this problem?

Hi @mattjasondroble this is related to the new 3D Tool Preview functionality, see https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-manufacture/tool-library-crashing-update-graphics-drivers/... for more details.
For now you can disable this functionality by turning of the 3D preview Feature Flag:
If possible could you attach or otherwise send your Fusion Diagnostic Logs and System information to help us diagnose this issue, in particular any information about your Graphics Card (make, model, driver version) would be very helpful.
