Warning No Passes to Link

Hi I am new to fuson 360 and very new to CAM in particular. I have been trying to machine a solid piece and no matter how I redesign it change levels or break down the machining I am constantly hit with "Warning :No Passes to Link" and/or "Warning: Empty Toolpath"

There are some bugs when it comes to face selection and your job doesn't work because of that. The best I could come up with is to use 3d pocket instead, I need to make some patched to cover the threaded holes. They're only selected in the 3d pocket op, added to the setup model the other ops will ignore them.
