Tool Misalignment After Setup

Hello,

I am currently attempting to configure my machine (Romi D600) within the machine library in Autodesk Fusion. I am following the most recent tutorial available on the Autodesk Fusion YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XYD1EMOh3WY&t

However, I am encountering a few issues during the setup process. The first relates to the head configuration. In the machine definition, I set up the kinematics exactly as shown in the video, but when I link the machine axes, the following discrepancy occurs:

my setup:

In my configuration, the head and the Z-axis appear as two separate selections, whereas in the tutorial, there is only one selection for the head. I am not certain whether this is a critical issue, but it is a discrepancy that I encountered.

The main issue I am facing is with the position of the tool outside of the "Machine Builder" section.

Everything appears to be correct within the builder, but once I proceed to the machining environment and attempt to work on a part, the following occurs:

here is all right, but when i go to machining a part, this happen:

I genuinely do not understand why this is happening and would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance.

Hi

what often happens is the Machine model has been moved after the tool attachment point has been selected.

The coordinates for the attachment point are no longer correct even though the attachment point  is correctly selected in Machine builder

To fix this, edit the machine in machine builder and select a different(incorrect) point for the tool attachment, then save the machine.

Now edit the machine again and select the correct attachment point and save the machine again.

Now it should be in the correct place.

Note that for any setups the machine is currently selected in, you will need to remove the machine from them, goto the machine library and delete the machine from the DOCUMENT, then re pick the machine from your local/cloud Library
