Tool library tool setup

Hi, i'm pretty new to cam and struggling with a tool for inside turning...

Can anybody please help me setting up a new tool in my tool library. I'm trying to set up a Sandvik A10K-SDUCR 07-ER and can't get it right with all the parameters needed, will say that i don't understand all the settings in the tool setup. Here's a link to the product page:

I'm afraid you cannot set that tool up, don't know why they don't have a custom option to allow any tool orientation.

Thanks a lot Mark. The Sandvik was a tool i had lying around. Guess i have to by some other boring tool...
