Screenshots in help articles nothing like current UI?

Some articles, like this one, show screenshots that seem quite different from what I see. Granted, it's a Windows screenshot and I'm on OS X, but the various elements within it are arranged very differently. Usually with cross-platform UI toolkits, the general arrangement of elements is the same, even if their individual appearance is different.

So, is this just a UI change since November? Or is the Windows version that different from the Mac?

The Screenshots are the same for the Inventor and Fusion help files(The CAM at least). And Fusion is already on the new tool library and Inventor HSM is still on the old one.

I guess these are some of the issue's that will be resolved once HSMWorks is ported to the Ironcore and tool library 2.0 is finished.

(A 10% finished version of tool library 2.0 was put in fusion to ensure MAC compatibility, since the old library doesn't support MAC)

Replatform strike again.  When in doubt blame it on replatform 🙂

Are we really supposed to belive the help files are now held up due to replatfroming HSMWorks?

No they are held up due to all three platforms being on different levels and having different functionality.

So all are waiting on the other and there isn't even time to fix major issue's let alone have someone with knowledge write/make the help articles.Smiley Wink

And Indeed Lonnie, when in doubt, blame it on the re-platform or on the Tool Library 2.0 it's always one or the other.
