Machine Simulatoin Collision Detect no longer working

Created new files and older files (that had machine collision working) now give yellow triangle error that

"Machine simulation does not detect collisions"

What happened here? I have not changed my Machine config since the update that (finally) allowed collision detection at the machine level

This is a critical needed feature for a fair amount of my 5 axis parts

It does seem to happen from time to time that preferences are lost after an update.

I haven't experienced it personally with preview features, but occasionally my orbit type resets to constrained instead of free.(Although that could be other people at work messing with it)

Ya this last major update has nuked quite a few of my previously turned ON Preview Features and now noticing a lot of my User Defaults within toolpaths also somehow inexplicably reset...

Come on

A good portion of the Preferences have been tied in with access to the Insider program. If you're keen on trying out some new features being worked on, I suggest signing up for the Insider program.

@seth.madore

How do I toggle Machine Collision Detection on? I know it was previously available as a preview feature but I do not see the option anymore.

You need to be a member of the Insider Program to access that feature. Membership is free, but it does involve an application process.
