M140 heidenhein post procesor version43302

hallo 

 

since short we hav a new machine on the shopflor we programa over fusion 360 an post whit the heidenhain  tnc530,620,640 

 

when we try to get it it to the machine there is no M6 to do the tool call in the g code program   and they post generata a M140 code what the machine can not read . can sombody help me so that ther is no M140 any more ? her is also a pic.

You can uncheck the 'Use M140' in NC Program page . Refer below image,

Hi engineguy,

 

Heidenhain wont let you put an Mcode in the TOOL CALL block, it has to be in a separate block below the tool call

most Heidenhain controlled machines don't actually need an M6 at all which is why its not in the post, but some machine tool builders seem to want to use the M6, maybe to match up with G-code machines for similarity.

Yes, I did know that but I just did the modification as shown for the OP to come back and let us know exactly what his particular control needs, from what I know from a couple of Heidenhain users it can sometimes be worse than Fanuc for big variations from one Machine Tool builder to another for asigning M and G codes to often completely different functions !!!

May be like picture below can use M6 in Heidenhain controller..not sure, may @werkplaats2Q7LY  can comment on this.

he needed a M6 in a line under the tool call i fixxed it whit writing a block under the tool call cycle  and it works so thanks everybody to help !
