Issues with Model and Cutpath

Hello!

I am trying to create a cut path for a model that was created in Rhino3D. I am running into trouble with doing this, Fusion is giving me the Empty Toolpath error. I have attached a copy of the file that I am working on. I have a feeling that my issues lie with the model itself, but I am new to Fusion and unsure.My final product will be a female mold for a canoe, I have attached an image of what that final product will look like for reference. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Also, this model is fairly large (8 feet x 4 feet x 2 feet), so if it doesn't affect the overall method of what I am trying to do, feel free to scale the model down so that the processing times aren't so long.

I reduced it to 25% of the original size. Holy cow was that taking forever....

Assuming that you want to haul out the inside pocket, the issue lies in your selections. 

If you wanted to mill the outside AND the inside, I'd have just gone with no selection and turn on stock contours. It would cut outside and inside.

You've been very helpful and I can't express enough how much I appreciate that. I've got a question on feed rates. I need to minimize my machining times as much as possible, so what would you recommend for my maximum feedrates? I am cutting 1 lb density foam with a Shopbot router.

That's not something I have any experience with. That said, everything I've read about it is pointing to running everything at the max feed and speed

That sheet is helpful. Say I wanted to only machine the model four inches deep, would I simply set my Bottom Height to be offset -4 inches from the Model Top?
