Having issues with contour/adaptive clearing not cutting the whole perimeter

I can't figure out why my generated toolpath isn't cutting the entire perimeter of my part.  When I select the geometry the entire part is selected but the toolpath that's generated in both contour and adaptive clear skip over the thicker part of the attached part.  I machined this part successfully using different work holding but needed to change it to it's current setup do to stress relieving and tolerance constraints. I copied and pasted the whole program over so I'm really confused as to what's going on.  Any help would be very much appreciated.

I see what you are saying about the Adaptive, but I'm not seeing the issue with 2D Contour:

It looks like it's going all the way around, at least to me...

In regards to the Adaptive not going around? That's because there is no material for it to cut. You defined the stock as 1.75" wide, and the part it ALSO 1.75" wide. Nothing there for it to cut..

If you want it to actually take a cut, you will need to define your stock larger.

Thanks for your help,  as always.

I was assuming that I needed to do some function like capture position.  I moved it down the design tree but I'm still having the same problem.  I've attached the last saved version.

They should have been invalid, but they aren't. That is odd.

However, a regen (CTRL+G) places the toolpaths where they belong on the part.
