How do you handle Kerf on your Cutting tool Library?

I've got a Lincoln Torchmate Flexicut in the shop, and I'm wondering if there is a better way to set up a tool library for it.

The current is variable and it has 3 different nozzle setups for 40A, 60A, and 80A configurations.

It'll cut mild steel, stainless and aluminum.

I'm wondering if there's a better way to set up the tool library for it, since I keep having to adjust the kerf on the TOOL instead of in the cut parameters for different combinations of material thickness and amperage.

Any thoughts other than making duplicate tools with single cut parameters each instead of single tools with multiple cut parameters? Or is that the way I should go?

simplest solution is to save a template with each proven configuration.
