Pass direction

Hi All,  Back in my toy industry career I used MecSoft Visual Mill for CAM.  Most of the machining operations "I think" had the option to control the pass direction any degree you wanted, But I mostly used parallel finishing so it would make sense to have the control for those MOPS.  I don't see that in Fusion. What I need is to change the pass direction to be vertical for this selection as shown in my screenshot. Now the challenge is this area of my mold has undercuts and I need to clean up just this band of surfaces because there is a small amount of material and chatter in this corner from the previous 3/8 lollypop.  Problem is an obvious choice to get tool path on these surfaces would be the Flow/preview tool path, It is just not generating tool path and I can't figure out why I think it may be a linking move that's killing it, changed all the options for linking but still no luck.

In regards to pass direction I would love to use 3D contour as this has been the best option for cleaning out all the undercuts with Lollypop end mills from 3/8 to 3/16 on these molds.  But for some reason I cant get tool path to generate on this selection regardless of pass direction. I'm wondering if its "to small" based on tool size???? I'm programming with a 3/16 lollypop end mill.

I cant share the file so hopefully someone has some input.

Parallel has Pass Direction, under the Passes tab.

3D Contour inherently can't have a pass direction because it's a horizontally sliced contour of the model surface... you want it to arbitrarily drive off into space or something?

Not enough info to assist further on generating Flow path.

I provided a screen shot. I want the TP to run vertically parallel to the band of surfaces in the screen shot.
