How can I get my tool path to just stay down?

Using a 3d scallop with a ball end mill to radius the part and my tool path lead in and out wants to jump all over the place. how do I get it to lead in and out in the same positions? Thanks

You can choose "Shortest machining distance" in "Passes" and "Minimum retract/shortest path" in Linking tab.

Ya ive had those on. it just all these paths transition in weird spot around the part when it could just go around in one pass and 3d contour is even worse idk. thanks tho
