Think it might be good to call in the professionals: @xander.luciano@cj.abraham any ideas?

I have this so far:

Yes, it's using Outside Boundary, and Touch Surface instead of Avoid. I guess part of the question is how far you want it tilting?

@LibertyMachine Ah those mobile chips are awesome until they aren't, right? To be fair I think this took about three to four solid minutes to calculate on my old FX8350 Black Edition. I need to upgrade before my webinar I think...

I think the only things I changed were on the Geometry tab:

I just realized that screenshot didn't capture the surface selections so I'm adding one here that does. Don't know how that happened. I just added every surface that existed at the level of or above the height definition in the toolpath.

And @MJK_Performance no problem! The more issues you have, the more I learn too Smiley Wink

@MJK_Performance I've attached the one I programmed. Maybe I clicked something I didn't realize (it's happened before and then I spend half an hour figuring it out).

not sure what you're trying to do, or if I have the right surfaces selected, but I was able to get something accomplished with 3D Adaptive clearing.
first thing I did was start a new setup and assign a new WCS for what I assumed was the 'outside' of this part.

see uploaded file.

not saying it's 'the answer', but something to work with, play around a bit and see what works for you
