It wasn't, now it is, however the issue still persists. I really thought you got it there. 

 

 

Edit, I would also like to add that any value below stock top 0 causes this toolpath genertion failure.

I will see about that later tonight. My stock is actually .005" thinner than I put in the simulation, after the change I can't any toolpath. Very strange.

The problem is your pocket is only .02 from the top of the part and you have your fine stepdown set to .03125 so the system is saying the step is too small to cut.

Hey, are you aware of any add on, or whatever to aid in debugging of toolpaths? Generally, the generation failure warning is a bit lackluster. Sometimes it will lead me to my problem, but most times I just get nothing.
