Is there a way to use the Inspection feature to generate an inspection report? - the type of report that lists the dimensions to be inspected and the operator manually fills in the data via pen & paper. We do not want to use the Record Manual Inspection feature built into Fusion.
I did a test with Create Manual Inspection. I noticed I was able to open the post dialogue on the Manual Inspections1 folder, and I tried posting to the dump file, but I got an "NC Program does not contain any operations." error. I was hoping I could write a post to pull the parameters from the inspection data points and have it populate an Excel template, in a similar way that the Excel Setup Sheet Post works.
Anyone have any clever ideas or workarounds?
