Fusion 360 crashes when trying to change items in tool table

Using Fusion 360, free version.  Suddenly when I try to change data about my tools the whole program gives me an error and shuts down!!!!!  Always worked fine before, that's how I initially loaded tool data.  I suspect this it the way to get me to buy a license.....Any help out there????? Also, the TTS tool holders are now not available to choose out of the standard cloud library.  Some of my tools were using these holders, they still appear with that tool but there is no way to re-use these holders.  Most importantly, why is Fusion 360 giving me an error and just shutting down when I change my existing tool data??????????

You most likely have corrupted tool data. Its not a scam to get you to buy the commercial version. It would do the same thing if you had the commercial version. You can get the TTS tools at https://cam.autodesk.com/hsmtools . Can you File>export>*.f3d and attach the file you are working on to see if someone else can reproduce the crash?

Thanks for sending those CER reports and telling us here on the forum. This is now logged and sent to the manufacturing team to diagnose. This will not lead to an immediate fix, so please try the advice that @johnswetz1982  has given for the short term.

Here is the file...If I have corrupted the data, how can I fix it?  I only have a few tools and don't mind reloading them.  New at this and trying to learn the correct way so I don't corrupt my data again.  Hopefully I can wipe them out and change a setting to revert back to standard Fusion settings.

I'm not seeing the issue in your file, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Can you share the steps you take to recreate a crash?

I simply try to edit an existing tool, change feed/speed/dia, save change, try to edit another tool, it crashes. Sometimes it lets me edit a tool and before I even make two changes, it crashes. I’m afraid I may have to just uninstall/reinstall fusion.

Seth means what tool specifically. You have several that have duplicate numbers. Is your graphics driver up to date?

It's quite likely that an uninstall will fix this. I'm not seeing these issues on my end with any tool....

What do you have for an OS and is it recent enough?

The crash report that was shared with me on this pointed to a crash in the Intel graphics driver. Can you check whether updates exist to your graphics drivers?

thanks,
