Facing stock in 4th axis with fusion 360- how?

Programming this part in fusion360 with 4th axis and I can't figure out how to qualify the end faces programmable using the 4th axis. I was thinking of using the side of an end mill and spin the 4th axis but can't seem to figure it out

I have attached a picture to show what I am trying to do. I've watched videos and searched the internet and tried a bunch of different things and can't get it to work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

following, but my guess is a Multi Axis contour. I don't have any example parts in front of me to try to make it work. It sounds easy enough to also program by hand, plunge along y0 and command a A360. move.

You can program this in Fusion with the Rotary contour toolpath fairly easily, i've done it several time for facing tubes to length
