DMG NMV5000 DCG post issues

Hello, I need a little help if anyone is willing to answer me.
In the attached processor I made some changes to bring it afloat for my machine, but I got a bit stuck when working in 5 axes simultaneously, namely in positioning the axes and the actual work, you can see this in the attached video.
In 3+2 it works properly, it positions itself well and does exactly what I tell it in the software.
If anyone is willing to help me a little with it, to solve it, I would be grateful, I will post the f3d file if necessary.

Hello,
G68.2 or G43.4 codes work for tip control in Fanuc units. Which method do you use? I have a ready Fanuc post for HWACHEON D2 5AX. I can help you by just changing the M codes.

Hello, în 3+2 I use G68.2 and it’s work well with no problems.

In full 5 axis I tried all the option, from G68.2 to G43.4, separate and both, nothing worked, the position is wrong.
I’ve noticed that B and C is positioning well.

If you can provide me the procesor that you have told about, I can give it a try and come back with a feedback for it!

If this post doesn't work, I will kindly ask for your machine kinematics. Maybe there is an issue with the kinematics. I run 4+1 multiaxis on this post, and there were no issues.

Hello Emre,

I tried your post, and so far, it's okay, with only one issue: I cannot find where to change the "A" axis to "B." I already modified the machine configuration section, but it remains the same.

I will look into it more today and make some small refinements to other codes, but everything else seems good—no other problems so far.

Looking forward to your response regarding the "A" axis conversion.

Best regards.

EDIT: I fix it, now just need more test on it and I will come back with feedback

To enable 5-axis CAM programming in Fusion and ensure it works correctly, you need to set up the machine kinematics. In the setup page, use the "Add Machine" option to integrate your machine into the program. If you don't have the .step file for your machine model, you should request it from the company where you purchased the machine.

Thanks, I will send a message for machine step

I will keep this topic open until I get my step for the machine and continue.

so far, the post is working well

After the machine kinematics arrives, we edit the axes A, B, C, whichever is there. After editing, you get a post on the axis you want to appear on in the post.

Hello emre,

I modified the processor a little to adapt to my machine, I also solved the problem with the axis, I started a demo piece and I noticed that the tool goes in too far when performing the finishing operation (I perform the finishing operation with a 4mm ball tool in a full 5-axis strategy) the rest of the operations I performed with normal tools in 3+2 or 4 axes.
The trajectories are very good, but what I noticed is that I don't think it takes into account the compensation, either for the radius or for the length, I honestly have no idea, because it takes too much material, and I left the allowance small for pre-finishing. That's why I'm asking.
Attached is the updated processor up to this stage and the program and a picture of a finished blade from an impeller also a part of the .nc
PS: I have no way of getting hold of the 3D model of the machine because it is invoiced, and my boss doesn't want to purchase it

EDIT: G54.2 is for Rotary Table Dynamic Fixture Offset

Hello, regarding the problem you are experiencing, you will appreciate that I cannot understand and solve it from this form. Sometimes it is necessary to be at the machine. There is a Kern brand CNC in the Fusion machine library that resembles your machine. I am sending you the image of the machine. After downloading the Kern CNC machine, make sure it is compatible with the post I gave you and try its parts. You will definitely reach the right result.
