Comments are Duplicated in G-code

See both screenshots. I enter two comments into the program on Fusion. I'm using two comments due to the character limit that seems to cut off at ~80 characters.

When I look at the G code in a text editor or on the Haas machine, I see that the comments are duplicated.  Why?

I don't think I have seen this before, so its relatively new.

Using Haas Nextgen postprocessor 44145

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi

I'm not sure about the manual NC issue

Probably a better way to do this is to add those notes as setup notes

alaasW8M6T_0-1788116972212.png

then add a section in the post processor

// output setup notes
 if (getProperty("showNotes")) {
 writeSetupNotes();
 }

Where you want those output.

Andrew,

That was very helpful. You have unlocked a new feature for me. Thanks!  I will be using this method from now on to post comments for the Operator.

Still not sure why that program was double posting the NC comments tho. But your method is better.

You can also add notes to toolpaths the same way,

No post modifications needed for that one as its already included in the stock posts

In the Setup name I see OP 2 2X, I assume the 2X means you have it set to run 2 parts? Meaning all the operations are being run twice and ordered (depending on the setting). So the first thing it does it outputs the comment twice.
