Cloud posts missing every day

Every morning I try to post all my post are not showing up. When I look in my asset folder they are there.  I have to then move to a different folder and then download to my computer, then upload back into assets folder. why do I have to do this every morning?  I need it in my cloud so I can work from different computers.

Hi -

 

I don't know what would make them disappear, but you should be able to force a re-sync (which should stick) from the Cloud folder, using the following steps (assuming you're on Windows):

1. Shut down Fusion

2. In Explorer, navigate to the directory %localappdata%\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\<userid>\W.Login

3. Rename (as a backup) the "M" folder to something different.

4. Restart Fusion

 

This should, then, create a new "M" folder with the contents of what's in the various folders in the Assets project.

Jeff,

I did that and when i restarted Fusion it did not create a new M folder. I opened the the old M folder and it was empty.

Hi - Can you check of Enable Cloud Libraries is checked in the Manufacture section of Preferences?

Yes, it is enabled. I copied my post and pasted it in the folder, and now when i check the Asset folder it shows that it is updated with today's time.
