Cant post code with canned cycle

I was having pretty good success with our Tsugami M08SY lathe and the proper post processor for machine from Autodesk.  One problem I ran into is I cannot get it to post code for a canned cycle while roughing the outside profile of our part. Can someone take a look and see if I am doing something wrong? I attached the part project and post processor. It will not post ROUGH OD toolpath for me.

Hi @tonyFTPQQ 

There is a warning on this toolpath.  It says  "X Clearance trimmed at the clearance radius".

This seems to be causing the post processing to fail when using a canned cycle.  If you go into the radii tab and make the clearance slightly larger than the OD radius, then you can post successfully.  Here is a snip of the code I just produced with your post.

Yes, that is the fix and allows me to get the code.

I am having this issue as well. Yet all my tool paths are proofed out with no errors. i have seen several people complain about this. is there anyway you can help me?

Would you be able to share your Fusion file here?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d/.f3z file in your reply.

Also, what post processor are you using?
