CAM machining times are not displaying

After last weeks January 9th update I have had a problem in CAM. My cycle times are not consistently displaying.

Almost all operations display as 0:00:00. Sometimes they display the correct times. Sometimes the same operation in two different setups in the same file will have the correct time for one and zero for the other setup. Some setups have all zeros and some have a mix of zeros and times.

They all display the correct time if I right click and choose to view the machining time.

It doesn't matter if I use a pre-existing cloud tool or create new tools, I get the same results.

I also lost many of my default settings for things like stock to leave, tolerance, and step overs, etc.

I have tried logging in and out and changing the settings in my preferences and have not had any luck fixing the machining time issue.

Any suggestions are appreciated!

Thank You,

Jon Bancroft

This is a known issue with the January update, as noted in several threads. We are preparing an update, which will fix this, along with a few other problems, around noon today, PT.

Can you post a model that has this problem To do this Go to File -> Export and save as a .F3D Archive File and attach it to your next post, if you can not post the file you can PM it to me or say in your next post you can not post the file and one of the Guys that do NDA work will help.

Can you clarify the build of Fusion that you have (in the About Box), and show a screenshot / video of what exactly you do see?

Thanks,

Only one of them in this file. Most of my other stuff has finally updated correctly.

Hi - Can you clarify what you're seeing? I see machining times on all of the operations when I open this.

This issue returned in early August around the v.2.0.8749 update. It has not been resolved with the subsequent couple updates. My CAM times display as 0:00:00 upon initial generation, then they display correctly after I manually force a re-generate on the toolpaths.

This bug is accompanied by the issue where the CAM output folder resets each time I startup the application, which I believe is an accepted bug that has been reported several weeks ago.
