WF Escalate: Escalation should be performed by 'System' user
Currently the 'Escalations' in the system are logged in AS IF the last user to execute a WF Action is the one who has performed the escalation. This is confusing and very misleading.
The request if for the system to perform the escalation using a 'System Admin' user of some sort to prevent reporting issues on this and confusion by users.
