At present there is no way to export a workflow from Workflow Editor (lets say, for future use). At the same time there is no way to import an existing workflow. Even though there is an option to copy a workflow from one workspace another workspace, that wouldn't address all the issues. Lets say if someone builds a complex workflow as part of development in their sandbox tenant and there is a need to clone the production tenant to sandbox while it is being tested in the sandbox tenant, there is no way to smoothly transition that process, i.e., one has to reconstruct the workflow once the sandbox tenant is overridden with production data. It's really a paint point to redo all the work. Remember with the existing features one can save the workflow summary. But, it's of no use other than for reference.
