Search within current results
Often when I search in AD I get a large number of results that contain my search terms. It would be great to have a checkbox to 'search within current results' allowing me to apply further search refinements or search terms to the current results.
Greetings, Simply put, as you apply further search refinements, the tool will naturally narrow the results scope to what you look for. This presumes the refinements you add further constraint the search space eg.you searched for 'Hello' (no quotes), then add 'World' to it separated by whitespace ~ the tool would search for 'hello AND world' narrowing the hits space. The search supports boolean AND/OR as well as whole multi-world phrases consisted of whole words eg. "Hello world" will search for exactly that and not find 'world hello' matches. Or can combine the boolean and phrase searches to further narrow. I could be wrong (Sorry its been a while), but it may also support whildcard * eg. hel* to find Hello or help etc. This however widens your search scope as opposed to narrow it down, but you have that going if needed.
