Multiple lock states

we should have the ability to have multiple lock states. especially if a workflow has multiple paths that end up in different complete states.

We also had to install an additional status so that the lock was always reached. However, the process would not have needed this.

Alternatively, an end status was reached with no transition can be executed. This means that it can no longer be written, but the lock status was never entered.
