Create filterd picklists

Create filterd picklists based on certain conditions/permissions instead of using the picklist "Users All By Name". As this goes against the concept of workspace permissions.

Scenario is :

Say if I have a workspace A and user 1 and 2  for my tenant and there is a field approval for that workspace A and we use the picklist "Users All By Name". 

It will show up both user 1 and 2 to be able to get selected as approvers whereas in reality only user 1 has permission to this Workspace A and user 2 has no permissions.
