Click on any workflow state to view who can perform actions

It would be useful to be able to click on any workflow state in the map to see who can perform each transition, not just the current state.

Due to the way Fusion Lifecycle works, permissions to perform transitions are frequently dependant on the results of condition scripts. And the results of condition scripts are frequently dependant on the state of an item or values stored on the item (or related items). The list of users that can perform a transition is guarentted to be correct for the current state at this point in time, but it is very likely incorrect for any other state due to the above. My fear is that by showing possibly incorrect information on a state we will be misleading the user. Do you think that the value of showing this list outweight the risk of showing incorrect information in many situations?

Hi Hagay,

It's a fair point about the script implications, however in this case, perhaps a note indicating that permissions are script dependent would suffice, rather than a list of users.

The downside of not having this functionality is that only Admin can see (simple) permissions for transitions that are not current. It's not a major issue though.

Thanks,

Ross
