Advance Search Function

this is probably a duplicate Idea but It would Wicked Awsome if we had the ability to do an advance search. right now we can only search one way and it pulls up everything that has words or numbers you type in the search bar. 

we should be able to search on everything that we can filter on but in an Advance Search Section. i don't want to have to create new views just to filter on spacific fields. I just want to search in a specific field for keywords and leave my views alone.

Probably just echoing above, however here goes.

In our Document Register workspace, I have set up view filters to split the ~50,000 items into their respective projects. Now I am looking at a filtered view of one project with ~500 items in it. It would be great if I could then use the search bar in the top right of the screen to search within the 500 items I've already filtered down to, rather than the whole tenant workspace!

edit: A current workaround for this is to scroll to the bottom of the list to allow it all to load, then use ctrl+F search function in your browser.

It's very good idea. Same pinch dude, @richard.valdez. I thought of submitting this idea. But, i found one which is already submitted by you. 🙂

Please find the graphic below with typical search criteria for Item Revisions in Teamcenter. I have marked key search fields (Teamcenter Item Revision attributes) which can be mapped to FLC fields (on an item in Items and BOMs workspace or any workspace). If the Search under Tools menu in FLC can be extended to have those fields (you can rename the Search to Advanced Search when those fields are added to the search page as well), it would be a great help and saves much time creating a view (in each workspace, because views can't be cloned/copied across the workspaces) for each workspace.
