Why can't I use my cloud credits for shape optimization (educational license)

Hi.

I have a educational license since yesterday and it should come with unlimited cloud credits but max 16 per job. When I wanted to solve a shape optimization I needed 3cc but it said i have none. I do not know where i can check my current credits, so instead I tried to render to see if that would work and than it gave me the correct information.

So my question is why can't I use my cc for shape optimization?

Hi tibedwW56KF,

You are using an old version of Fusion. That's fine.

Please go to Preferences->Cloud Credits or Preferences->Tokens and Cloud Credits which should list all the accounts and remaining cloud credits/tokens. Could you please use an account that has cloud credits? You can click on the Account OR the button in bottom left the on the Solve dialog and then select any account you wish. Thanks
