I seem to have lost my ability to contact Autodesk technical support with no obvious recourse to fix any issues that happen with my tenant. Does anyone know how to go about getting access to technical support again?

That's the page I have used that now tells me I have no options for submitting a support case. I had our EVP who is the one who signed our contract with Autodesk put in a support ticket since he has access.
