BOM Mass / Cost Calculation Issues

I am new to Fusion 360 and its BOM management however I cant say I'm pleased with its stability.

My latest gripe is that simple properties like mass, and cost do not calculate in the BOM tool. I wonder it this is related to a migration or the collaborative hub release?

I'm getting the error "something went wrong. Try again later"

Hello, thank you for your post. Does this happen for all of your designs? Is this a design created entirely in Fusion or something imported? If you wait for a little while, do the values appear?

This was happening in multiple hybrid components, but appears to be resolved. Thanks @emily.caulfield
