Support for plated slots? Someday, please?

I've periodically posted about this over in the Eagle forum, but since Eagle isn't really the focus of development anymore, I figured I'd try here instead.  Is support in Fusion 360 Electronics for plated slots on the roadmap?  I'm talking about handling them with full connectivity and DRC, not the kludges we have to use currently!  These are a common feature of connectors and are a real headache for multilayer PCBs with the current tools.  It's not rocket science and competing tools have this, so why not Fusion 360?  It's a constant source of puzzlement and frustration as to why this feature wasn't added long ago.

Do you mean the slot pad in footprint? I think we have supported it.

Oh, maybe I spoke too soon.  I was looking at forum postings complaining about this, which were a little older, but I will try out what you suggest.
