MacBook equivalent for ALT key to extrude when in Design -> Form mode

Hi,

According to the tutorial I am following, i need to hold down ALT to extrude when in Edit Form mode. My MacBook Pro has no such key and none of the others work! (Shift, Fn, Control, Option, Command).

Is there another way to extrude from this menu?

Edit Form

The Edit Form command moves, rotates, and scales T-Spline geometry. The exact behavior depends on the selected geometry.

Select faces, edges, or vertices to enable the manipulator. Double click a face or edge to select a loop.

Hold the Alt key and drag a manipulator to insert new geometry based on the action.

Option should work here.  At least it does for me on my Mac:
