How to set Copper/Dimension restriction per layer?

My chosen manufacturer can produce PCBs which have a Copper/Dimension distance of 0.25 mm on the outer layers and 0.4 mm on the inner layers. How can I set up the DRC check to feature different Copper/Dimension distances per layer?

Today in Fusion, It's not yet possible to scope certain design rules to a particular layer. However, this topic is on our radar and I will update this post publicly when I have news to share.
