I am trying to export the PCB design from Fusion 360 electronic design into DXF and manufacture it using my own fab station. I found that I can use the CAM preview tool to export the top, bottom, and drill layers directly to DXF files. However, this method doesn't convert internal layers, such as layers 2-15.
I have a workaround that involves moving everything in the middle layers to the top/bottom layer and then generating another DXF file. However, this method is very tedious. for example, if I have stitched vias, they will occupy empty spaces after the original top/bottom layer pattern is removed.
Since the tool can already export two layers, why can't it export all layers? Or, there is such a function, but it is hidden or named very differently from what I was expecting. If there is no such function, can this function be added? It is so strange that you can only export the top/bottom and drill layer of your design to DXF.
